We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij – je voelt je meteen welkom. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid met een zelfgemaakt zoet én hartig gebak, warme en koude gerechten, verse sappen, een groot assortiment aan brood(jes)… Voor elk wat wils. Ook het restaurant is absoluut het vermelden waard. Onze complimenten aan de chef! Ik was persoonlijk dol op de pasta's, terwijl mijn man grote fan was van de vleesgerechten. De locatie is bovendien ideaal voor wie de Etna wil bezoeken – zowel de noordelijke als de zuidelijke toegang zijn goed bereikbaar.

Totalmente Innamorata di questa location che si trova tra il mare e l'Etna. Dove la Pace ed I suoni della natura ti circonda e coinvolge ...è perfetto se vuoi trascorrere un weekend fuori città e dimenticarti la vita frenetica. Noi siamo rinati dopo 1h nella meravigliosa SPA privata che fa parte dell'hotel, davvero un gioiellino. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite, davvero spaziosa,luminosa,comoda e raffinata,grande bagno e soggiorno, svegliandosi di mattina con la vista mozzafiato sul mare e la montagna. Abbiamo gradito davvero molto anche la colazione, non solo per la vista piscina/mare incredibile mentre sorseggi il caffè però sopratutto per la varietà e qualità dei prodotti biologici raccolti direttamente sul luogo. Il servizio è davvero impeccabile in ogni dettaglio e poi la gentilezza dei padroni di casa semplicemente eccezionale perché la gestione è orientata su coccolare a 360° ogni singolo cliente 💙 Grazie di cuore per tutto! Nice place but the safe box was not working , i had to disconnect the minibar .. was too noisy , no blackout curtains , the shower head was withou pressure of water

Wir waren 10 Tage im Kepos. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, auch wenn der Kellner beim Abendessen manchmal allein nicht recht hinterher kam. Aufgrund des Preises hätten wir eine hochwertigere Ausstattung des Zimmers erwartet (bspw. war unser Duschschlauch kaputt) Die Zimmerreinigung war in Ordnung, aber im Bad wurde hauptsächlich um unsere Sachen herumgewischt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt.

Nous avons passé une splendide semaine au sein de cet établissement. Le personnel est d’une grande disponibilité et attentionné de la réception au restaurant. Nous avons pu y déguster des mets italiens d’une très grande qualité. Le lieu est idyllique avec une piscine à débordement entre vue mer et vu sur l’etna. La chambre est très propre et décorée avec goût. Ce lieu combine calme, tranquillité et qualité ! Ce fut un merveilleux moment dans un lieu paradisiaque.

Great place in the village of Bronte and the host is a very nice person, always there to meet his guests requests. Rooms are modern and clean. There is also a small bar and a paddle court. I highly recommend this place based on my experience and I will stay again

Horrible, traumatic experience at thia gated “spa” in the middle of nowhere esentially. We are seniors and were intimidated and threatened by Salvatore Russo so badly that we fled and were shaking as we left late at night. Any positive reviews here are because of threats. Aside from that the food and service was poor and a made up version by the chef. Go elsewhere!
